As the country continues to deal with a global health and economic crisis, Giving Tuesday, the groundbreaking global generosity movement, announced they are hosting a day of global giving today May 5, 2020.

GivingTuesdayNow is an emergency response to the enormous need caused by COVID-19. The day will focus on generosity, citizen engagement, and support for communities and nonprofits around the world, including us here in Madera.

Your support on May 5th will ensure that the Madera Rescue Mission continues to provide front line emergency shelter along with food, clothes, laundry and compassion. There have been too many positive moments to measure tangibly, but suffice it to say we've been busy and God's been answering prayers.

Every dollar counts. Your generosity will have an immediate impact on the 50 plus men, women and yes children sheltering in place with us here at Madera Rescue Mission.
